It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we wanted to put out a special pink recipe to show our support for breast cancer awareness month: Strawberry-Coconut Smoothie! This recipe is especially delicious and especially easy! It’s great for those mornings where you need something on the go. You can also freeze the smoothie, turning it into a delicious popsicle!
- 1 cup slightly thawed frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons light coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup water
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
