Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower cut into bite-size florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup nonfat milk
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Steam cauliflower with garlic for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain cauliflower and garlic and
mash with a potato masher until smooth. Add milk, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. Mix
ingredients well. Serve hot.
