Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe

  1. 3 cups whole wheat noodles
  2. 1 cup broccoli florets
  3. 1 ½ cups boiled shrimp
  4. 3 tsp pesto*

Boil the noodles in one pot and the shrimp and veggies in a separate pot. Cook the veggies to taste or leave raw, according to your preference.
After draining the noodles, add them back to the pot along with the pesto and stir until combined well. Add the shrimp and veggies, stir, and serve.
