Strawberry Banana Milkshake

Use your favorite blender to combine the following:

  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium-sized, ripe banana (sliced into smaller bites for easy blending)
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 cup of fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
